Thanks for your lovely wishes to Mr Brigs in my earlier post! We enjoyed a lovely dinner with the little ones at a favourite spot and I made a vanilla sponge cake with whipped cream and raspberries (sometimes the simpler things are my favourite). I didn’t take a photo of either today as I decided to ditch the phone camera, so here is my baileys and salted caramel and pretzel ice cream from the weekend instead (on a strawberry basil sorbet) #brigsdoesadelaide #tbt
